Do you offer in-person sessions?

Yes. Only for Mombasa residents or those who can make it to Mombasa. Those who can not make it to Mombasa I can only provide services via telehealth.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled time if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Clients are responsible for the full fee of a session missed without 24-hour notice.

What do you charge for counseling?

Our team of highly trained, licensed counsellors have been carefully chosen to help you. Our rates are KES 3000 for each 1hours session. If you have questions about the fees or our therapists, please feel free to contact us at 0741123944 .

What type of payment do you accept?

Payments are made via MPESA using Buy Goods and Services Till number : 5859591
